Job Description
1. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
2. Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
3. Oversee the development of marketing literature
4. Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
5. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

1. Should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (eg., Salesforce)
2. Should have proficiency in English, Hindi, and any local language
3. Should have knowledge of the market
4. Should have good communication and negotiation skills
5. Should have good time management and planning skills
6. Should have a degree of B.Sc./BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
7. Must have a two-wheeler and mobile phone
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per admission).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
