Job Description
1. Be responsible for a store where we are launching our brand produce
2. Interact with customers who visit the store stall to get insight on their preference for perishable vegetables
3. Convince the customer to try our product by sharing our value differentiator
4. Collect data insights on what prompted the sale or what did not prompt the sale
5. Focus on innovative ways of helping us acquire customers
6. Be the go-to person for the area and have the passion to build out our customer acquisition strategy and implement the same in the area you are placed

3. are available for duration of 2 months

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 10000 on every Sales & Customer Acquisition that you make or deliver.
This is a great part-time role for women who are also keen to come back to the workforce. For now, we are looking at having store promoters in HSR, Koramangala, and Indra Nagar.
