About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Optimize business processes across the organization that involve customer data
2. Manage the lifecycle of customer data, with an initial focus on the sales and support organizations
2. Maintain CRM contact data records for the organization, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives and looking for continuous improvement to increase the functionality and accuracy of the data held within it to meet the business requirements, linking closely with the membership team
