About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Seek out new sales opportunities and follow-up on the leads
2. Call potential clients and listen to their concerns and requests
3. Manage and handle all inbound calls and web chats whereby ensuring efficient lead management and support
4. Provide accurate information to customers on call/chats and ensure all details are captured completely and accurately
5. Ensure that 100% leads are attended and catered to in a timely and professional manner
6. Generate new leads by cold calling, emails, and other sales channels
7. Provide highest-quality support to our users ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
8. Work on the hand holding the clients through the entire sales lifecycle
9. Gather product feedback from clients and deliver feedback to the product team for enhancements
10. Travel to different client locations as and when required
