About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating a database of sellers/merchants and reaching out to them via call
2. Understanding the company's products, services, processes, and USPs
3. Making an introductory pitch to the sellers and explain about our product to them.
4. Following up rigorously with the sellers/merchants
5. Onboard new sellers/merchants
6. Handling individual customer queries and helping in resolving them
7. Coordinating with the operations team for smooth execution
