About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and assign routes and targets to the field sales team
2. Stay in constant touch with field agents to check on their status and report to management
3. Check attendance of agents on a daily basis
4. Handle the end of the day reporting on the number of visits, successful sales, attendance, etc.
5. Ensure field agents achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
6. Take escalations from the field on partner management
7. Manage end to end partner relationship
8. Ensure maintaining partner accounts and receivables including reminders to partners ensuring collections of listing and other fees
9. Come up with ideas and implementation techniques to create more sales
