Job Description
1. Work on planning & delivering weekly and monthly sales targets
2. Understand requirements of pet parents and pitch relevant solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met

1. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization
2. Academics: Bachelor's degree (preferred), MBA (not preferred)
3. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong bias for action
5. Language (required): English & Hindi
6. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
7. Have a laptop with webcam and good speed internet connection
8. Preference - pet parents
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 6 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per monthly performance).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
