Job Description
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
2. Answer questions about projects or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to the Relationship Managers to close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Take and process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

2. can start the internship between 22nd Mar'21 and 26th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests

3. Should have good command over English
4. Should have the basic knowledge in Sales and cold calling
The interns will be working six days a week. Mondays or Tuesdays will be non-working days. The working hours will be 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
