Job Description
1. Provide information & value proposition to prospective customers thereby converting leads into paid customers
2. Use & update the CRM tools to ensure data accuracy of reports & smooth transition of leads between teams
3. Provide customer feedback to the founding team

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per conversion).
The minimum assured of INR 15,000 includes INR 3,000 of reimbursements. Incentive criteria: This will vary by the candidate, it will depend on total closures and not every closure by the candidate.
