Job Description
1. Manage and motivate team of retail sales personnel
2. Ensure target achievement by individual team members
3. Supervise logistics and inventory of individual sales points
4. Identify location for promotion kiosks

1. Minimum +2 or equivalent
2. Language proficiency in 2 languages in addition to Kannada
3. Should possess a two wheeler with valid license
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 15000 on every SALES TARGET that you make or deliver.
