Job Description
1. Understanding the Noon Academy's product and explaining it to users over calls, WhatsApp, and emails
2. Assisting in converting signups to active users
3. Understanding and implementing the processes in the company
4. Doing the ad-hoc based work according to business requirements

1. Freshers looking to kick start their careers in marketing, business development, and sales, college students, and experienced telesales folks looking for additional income can apply
2. Excellent English and Hindi communication
3. Prior experience in telecalling/business development/customer delight/telesales/telemarketing - 0-2 years experience would be preferred
4. The ability to converse any other regional languages is an added advantage
5. Proficiency in MS-Office
6. Should be comfortable working on their own laptop and mobile
7. Should be able to work from the office in Bangalore
1. This is a performance-based internship and the intern will have a fixed salary plus an incentive for performance
2. The intern will get a pre-placement offer based on the performance
3. All mobile bills will be reimbursed
