1. Work on client success through quality prompt responses
2. Convert outbound messages on WhatsApp and Facebook as leads
3. Take customer orders
4. Fill project details and project requirements into project forms
5. Help customers complete payments
6. Deliver completed projects
7. Resolve customer queries
8. Checkout client success checklist before delivery
9. Manage the leads in CRM
10. Manage project profiles and help write customer reviews
