Designation: Business Development (Sales)

Responsibilities include:
- Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and making them understand how upGrad can catalyze their career
- Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection target
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrad's model of online learning
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you (this includes, making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management)
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
Who can apply:
- Are available for the part time job/internship
- Can start the part time job/internship between 30th Mar'22 and 4th May'22
- Are available for duration of 2 months
- Have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive ( 1000 per sale).
