Business Development Sales
Job Description
1. Identifying new sales leads, pitching services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
2. Assisting in researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
3. Assisting in researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing, contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport, and set up meetings
4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
5. Assisting in preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
6. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
7. Developing quotes and proposals
8. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
9. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Mar'21 and 11th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 6 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of every deal).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
