Job Description
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
2. Answering questions about products or the company
3. Researching and analyzing prospective customers
4. Working on data segregation of all the products and inquiries
5. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
6. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
7. Entering and updating customer information in the database
8. Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Aug'20 and 28th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
2. Must have the ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects
3. Must have good knowledge of English, Tamil (any other regional language is an added advantage)
4. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Must be cool-tempered and should be able to handle rejection
6. Must have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
