Business Development (Sales)
Job Description
1. Work on cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
2. Work on identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
3. Work on ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
4. Work on providing overall guidance to newly-recruited sales representatives
5. Work on maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
6. Work on assisting newly-recruited or less experienced sales representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers
7. Work on analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
8. Work on conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 6 Lac/annum
