Job Description
1. Making outbound calls and regular following up on leads assigned
2. Building strong and trustful relationships with customers by understanding the customers' requirements and suggesting the right options
3. Selling membership over the phone and achieving the targeted sales numbers and value as per the set quality parameters
4. Working on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets of active leads
5. Explaining to customers the product features in detail and the usage of packages
6. Understanding the customers' requirements and encouraging them to upgrade or renew their matrimony package
7. Addressing all the issues/grievances of customers and providing them the right customer experience
8. Capturing the insights from customer interactions and sharing them with the internal team
9. Ensuring strict adherence to the process requirements

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Feb'21 and 24th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be a graduate (students awaiting final year results or graduates with arrears can also apply)
2. Must have good communication skills and a flair for sales
3. Must have 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, collections, retention, BPO, and/or direct sales processes
4. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
5. Must possess a natural flair for interaction with customers
6. Must have good convincing skills
7. Must have very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills in English
8. Must have clarity in speech
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sales).
