Job Description
1. Ensure sales targets are met or surpassed
2. Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they perform to the best of their abilities
3. Drive marketing efforts through digital channels
4. Prospect new customers through meetings and phone calls
5. Ensure customers receive goods on order and payments are collected on time
6. Prepare necessary staffing plan and ensure the organization remains adequately staffed to meet the business plan
7. Execute the overall yearly business plan of the company and provide reports to management on pre-agreed intervals

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 6 to 7 Lac/annum
