Mom Kid Care is revolutionizing women's health by providing them instant access to certified & verified 'health content', allows them to have 'second opinions' immediately from gynecologists, IVF specialists, pediatricians & dieticians, the opportunity to book online healthcare services at their fingertips namely pre & postnatal classes, lactation or breastfeeding counseling, miscarriage or abortion counseling, nanny services, working women childcare services, special need children care services & speech therapy for children classes.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to the relevant practitioners and initiating long term mutually beneficial relations
2. Working on vendor onboarding and ensuring their profile & product listing on the portal
3. Ensuring the packages given are best in the online & offline space
4. Getting the packages customized based on in-house real-time trend/need analysis
5. Keeping a check on business health
6. Working on number crunching and analysis of existing services
7. Developing a sound understanding of your domain service to enable the first level of customer counseling in case there are queries from customers
8. Ensuring all queries to and from the HSP gets resolved at your end
9. Preparing competition tracking for your domain service
10. Identifying, initiating & implementing strategies (connect with marketing, get better package options, customized deal offering and many more) to churn out maximum business from each practitioner
