Job Description
1. Undertake the proceedings related to B2C and B2B sales of the company
2. Handle social media only in context and relevance to consultancy and sales
3. Maintain a healthy and quality relationship with all the leads and clients
4. Assist and resolve problems raised by travelers booked by the employee
5. Handle the chats over Instagram & Whatsapp and calls as per the quality trained and required by the company
6. Represent a trustable face of Travaura LLP to people interacting with the company

have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be very fluent in communication (English and Hindi)
2. Must have good convincing skills
3. Must be able to type and handle multiple chats simultaneously
4. Must learn a variety of products (travel packages and destinations)
5. Must understand customer needs
6. Must have patience and must serve with hospitality
The internship opening is for the post of a travel consultant.
