Business Development Sales Job in Zenith Consultants at Delhi

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate new leads by calling, networking, SMS, Whatsapp, cold emailing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
2. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product
3. Answering queries about products of the company
4. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
5. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
6. Entering and updating customer information in the database
7. Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
8. Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation
9. Going the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales
10. Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information
