About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Traveling to visit potential clients
3. Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media.
4. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
5. Managing and interpreting customer requirements
6. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
7. Calculating and preparing client quotations
8. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
9. Offering after-sales support services
10. Administering client accounts
11. Preparing reports for head office
12. Recording and maintaining client contact data
13. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
14. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
15. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
16. Solving client problems
17. Developing products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them
18. Following up on sold products to ensure the customer is happy
19. Acquiring new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
