Job Description
1. Making enhanced outbound calls (approximately 150-200 calls) on leads provided by the company
2. Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
3. Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
4. Making sales of test preparation products
5. Creating a database of existing and new clients
6. Adhering to quality standards and processes

1. Understanding of Word processing with Microsoft Word
2. Knowledge of spreadsheet application with Microsoft Excel and understanding of data applications with Microsoft access
