Job Description
Candidates will get a close and first-hand insight into these industries especially building these businesses and a proper outlook of these ecosystems. Candidates will get to work very closely with these people under their direct guidance that will help them refine their personality, gain new skills required in the banking and finance industry.
1. Building and managing online and offline sales team
2. Achieving KPI with the team
3. Building new sales channel, strategic alliances with key accounts
4. Training of field forces
5. Reporting to assigned manager
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Sep'20 and 28th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 5 to 8 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 5000 on every KPI that you make or deliver.
