Job Description
1. Acquire new clients/customers/channel partners/outlets in the specified region/market for Parle Agro Products (Bailley Water)
2. Oversee and coordinate all activities and operations of the sales department
3. Create/maintain excellent relationships with clients/customers
4. Follow up with customers for the timely closure of receivables
5. Work on competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market
6. Work on corporate sales, alliances & business development operations
7. Generate new corporate leads through cold calling and personal visits
8. Handle primary and secondary sales of distributors in the specified region
9. Take responsibility for route handling
