About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle incoming and outcalls for 10-hour shifts every day with rotational 2 offs in a week
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers
3. Solve routine and complex problems (contact supervisor for problems unable to solve)
4. Answer calls asap
5. Display active listening and a superior level of customer service
6. Adhere to work schedule
Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Self-motivated and flexible in work shifts.Willing to work on evening/night roster
3. Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers and different situations
