We are 26 years old gold loan company and we are now at a stage, where we want to change our business model through digital transformation. Towards that we are looking for motivated field staff and digital soldiers.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Helping the sales team in operations
2. Helping in gathering customer data
3. Working on competition analysis
4. Designing programs for the company
5. Working on field research on competition
6. Poaching employees of competition
7. Researching on employees of competition
8. Drafting sales material and schemes
9. Helping on restarting website and digital schemes

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 10 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 1000 on every Deal Closed that you make or deliver.
