Job Description
1. Prepare a database for the customers through different social media channels available having their corporate offices in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Manesar and manufacturing offices in North India
2. Connect with the customers through LinkedIn, cold calling, fixing appointment, and planning for meetings at their offices
3. Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements
4. Provide support to the sales team by fixing meetings at the manufacturing plants, offices, etc. to have the POC (proof of concept and demo)
5. Arrange for the virtual meetings wherever possible to convince the customer of the available product range
6. Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents and consulting with the development team
7. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements
8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
9. Coordinate with the sales team to collect the payment for the sales generated and close the transaction

3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from Gurgaon, Bhiwadi, Noida and neighboring cities

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
