About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drive monthly sales targets via leads from existing relationships and outreach through LinkedIn, calls, etc.
2. Work on targeted email campaigns, and other conventional ideas
3. Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
4. Make cold calls and talk to new people
5. Manage a small team to drive results on time
6. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the company's plans
7. Negotiate and close commercials and terms with multiple client stakeholders for both new and existing
8. Collaborate with the internal teams to smoothly onboard, retain, and grow newly won accounts
9. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
10. Develop new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India
11. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate, and close sales
12. Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
13. Demonstrate initiative and drive it end-to-end

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sale generated).
