Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on lead generation and prospecting (i.e. cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.)
2. Cultivating and maintaining small, midsize and large business relationships
3. Touring and demonstrating office space options with potential customers
4. Working on effective sales pipeline management
5. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
6. Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Continuously improving through feedback
9. Travelling nationwide when required
