Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching and studying the market in terms of recruitment solutions and their sustainability whilst also understanding & implementing branding perspectives
2. Promoting online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements and studying the B2B marketing challenges that contribute to viable strategies
3. Generating sales leads and fixing the appointments
4. Developing a database of qualified leads through area mapping, referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, sales pitch and presenting the product to the corporate (B2B) in view of the acquisition of new clients whilst growing business from existing clients
5. Negotiating & freezing on commercials and closing the deals with necessary documentations, campus visits, campus tests, and building strong relationships
6. Building and managing strong relationships with customers
7. Coordinating with the internal team and clients related to the project
