Job Description
1. Visiting apartments/corporates and onboarding them for the campaign
2. Working with agencies in planning and executing the campaigns
3. Representing us across various BTL campaigns in residential apartments, corporates, tech parks, etc.
4. Making sure all operational and branding parameters are met as per campaign requirements
5. Interacting with potential customers and convincing them to take up a free online consultation
6. Planning and implementation of suitable development strategies as per market requirement for establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base
7. Planning & budgeting BTL activity
8. Ensuring after-sales services and follow-ups
9. Planning BTL activities at society & implementing the same
10. Compiling and analyzing sales figures, daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Jan'21 and 25th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

3. laptop with internet connectivity (mandatory)
4. 0 to 2 years of experience working in sales/marketing
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 30 per consultation).
1. Compensation: INR 6000 per month + commission on converted consultations and medical subscriptions
2. Work timings: 6 days a week, 7-8 hours a day & weekends working
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
