About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Stay in charge of responding to customers who send in emails, calls, and text messages
2. Handle requests for information about products or services offered
3. Process the orders and make reservations for such queries
4. Work with other departments in the company to provide top-level customer service
5. Follow up with clients who have enquired with us as well as help them create bookings
