About Jewels & Tools
We are leading suppliers and manufacturers of lapidary industrial equipment, supplies, and gemological equipment. We have been doing e-commerce internationally via our online store and are looking for ways to enhance our visibility and conversion.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to inquiries that come from online marketplaces and our website
2. Explain the leads/customers about our products and services
3. Follow-up with leads and convert them
4. Fulfill orders that come from marketplaces and websites (updating shipping info, generating invoices, communication with the customer, etc.)

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Must have good communication and writing skills in English and Hindi
2. Must have quick learning skills to understand our products and business
3. Must have the marketing skills to convert leads into customers
4. Must have the agility to respond to inquires quickly
5. Must have the basic IT skills
6. Must have familiarity with online market places like Amazon, IndiaMart, Alibaba, etc.
