About the internship

Good at Hindi and English Communication
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries over WhatsApp groups, personal chats, and incoming & outgoing calls
2. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods/programs and answering any questions they may have politely
3. Curate offerings from different service providers and negotiate/drive closures by providing the best options
4. Recommend products and services to customers
5. Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
6. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
7. Drive conversions by understanding customer problems, and help the company achieve sales targets
