About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email, opt-ins, project teams, budget, and competitive information
2. Make outbound calls targeting your designated area to obtain qualified leads and book appointments for your sales team to generate new business
3. Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
4. Manage customer research to understand levels of satisfaction and perceptions of the company, its products, and services
5. Build effective relationships with potential clients by use of appropriate questioning, clarification, and language
6. Speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues
7. Remain focused and work within strict time constraints whilst managing goals and objectives of multiple projects at the same time
