Job Description
100% work from the office but sometimes visit client's office for a presentation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, & current expertise
2. Initiate contact with potential clients
3. Present HRx Consultants to the client professionally
4. Negotiate commercial contracts with the client
5. Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis
6. Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirement for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
7. Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients to facilitate repeat business
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Jan'21 and 26th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
