Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning expert outreach programs aimed at acquiring subject matter professionals who will partner with UrbanCompany
2. Demonstrating the use of multiple tools and pitch to convince the partner benefits of joining UC.
3. Meeting established metrics to guide where UC Partners can improve.
5. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
