Job Description
1. Manage the field marketing assignments which will include visiting schools/institutes, meeting with school/institute management, giving product demos to the school authority, arranging online webinars/workshops for our "Teachers Training Program" and managing long - term relationships with prospect clients
2. Act as the image of the organization
3. Achieve the daily target assigned to you in terms of field visits and building relationships
4. Work on making relationships with business associates and influencers of our target market
Additionally, you must adhere to the following points:
1. Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and complete all allocated tasks
2. Research to achieve the goals
3. Conduct desktop research or gather information through surveys, posts, social media, or by speaking to teachers, school management, students, and staff
4. Update documents and sales records
5. Observe and carry out sales processes
6. Keep a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to teachers, students & schools
7. Manage all the follow-up processes
8. Build new clients through set marketing and sales strategies
9. Build relationships with business associates and manage their prospecting clients

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Aug'20 and 23rd Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. are from Kullu, Shimla, Solan, Hamirpur, Bilaspur and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. You need to have good communication and presentation skills
2. You should have your own two-wheeler vehicle to achieve your goals
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 25000 on every Client Closing that you make or deliver.
