Job Description
1. Maintaining donor contact lists and are responsible for sponsor outreach
2. Working closely with the lead conference coordinators
3. Determining the type of donation that might be acceptable to the organization/company you are contacting
4. Reviewing and updating the donations spreadsheet, maintaining regularly to include names, donated items, and follow-up calls needed
5. Contacting potential donors via phone and in person. It is best to first contact any larger corporations you find because it may take them longer to respond to a donation request
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 9th Jan'21 and 13th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai, Vashi, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. This requires an individual who can explain in detail what the initiative is about and how donations are necessary for a positive, successful outcome, be friendly and personable, representing the organization and the conference in the prestigious light it deserves. Looking for donations can be a challenge, but with a solid plan and motivation, it is very possible
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of donations).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
