Job Description
About the internship
1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
2. Procuring new clients (homeowners & their properties) through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the brokers of respective markets.
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
8. Equipping the team with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
9. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
10. Remaining in tune with company trends, to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
11. Identify and shortlist properties adhering to our standards.
12. Pitch homeowners/ guesthouses to get on-board with EKO STAY through our guidelines & as per our standards
13. Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings with homeowners to close the deal. The job would require travelling to close deals with these homeowners.
