Job Description
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge & current expertise
2. Initiate contact with potential clients
3. Present HRx Consultants to the client professionally
4. Negotiate commercial contracts with the client
5. Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis
6. Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirement for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
7. Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients to facilitate repeat business

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Jan'21 and 12th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. A self-starter with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities
2. Driven individual motivated by sales results
3. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
4. Presentable and confident
5. Excellent English communication skills
6. Able to represent us to the clients and covey them to associate with us
7. Willing to work in the startup environment
8. Should have your own laptop or desktop with a good internet connection
It includes 90% work from home and 10% client office visit if required for presentation.
