About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies
2. Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
3. Managing company and client expectations
4. Reviewing timeframes and budgets
5. Creating sales pitches
6. Executing sales objectives
7. Managing client accounts
8. Finding and following new sales leads
9. Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
10. Attending networking events
11. Negotiating sales contracts
12. Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
13. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
14. Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
15. Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
16. Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
17. Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
18. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
19. Researching the market and industry trends
