About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Counselling prospective candidates and guiding them about the different courses offered
2. Advising candidates on specific programs and admission procedures
3. Handling telephonic queries and walk-in
4. Converting leads into admissions
5. Maximising the sales revenue
6. Documenting call log sheets & developing prospective call leads for the company on CRM
8. Providing after-sales assistance and support
