About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on post-sales services & tracking
2. Handling the client support required after-sales
3. Maintaining the datasheet of all the clients with their details in excel
4. Handling customer's pre-sales and post-sales queries over various communication mediums like calls/ mails/ Skype/ helpdesk/social networking sites
5. Acting as POC for the existing client's
6. Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments
7. Preparing a full user guide (technical doc/content) of the product
8. Working on market research of the competitors
9. Acting as a bridge between client-side and organization
