Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on digital marketing to generate quality traffic and leads using organic methods like SEO, link building, SMM, email marketing, content marketing and paid methods like PPC paid ads, blogger outreach, affiliate marketing, etc.
2. Handle leads (sales) & customers (support), do technical discussions over call (Skype, Google Meet, etc.) and in writing (email & chat), and convert them into customers
3. Work on research and analysis (customers profiling, buyer persona, customer cycle, etc.)
4. Create, update, and manage helpdesk customer support articles
5. Create and manage self-help tours of various features for customer's easy on board
6. Convert leads on email, call, skype, Facebook messenger, etc.
7. Work on proactively reaching out to new or potential customers as an account manager and help them in onboarding and customer success
8. Provide pre-sales & post-sales support
9. Help customers with services, pricing, quotes, technical, etc. things
11. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
12. Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
13. Develop new business relationships with top advertising, app development, web development, and marketing agencies
14. Write compelling business proposals
15. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
16. Work on successfully managing the sales process from lead generation to conversion
