Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the training production manager for various training programs
2. Driving revenue from assigned training programs through selling delegate seats
3. Reaching out to decision-makers in corporate and generating sales leads through calls and emails
4. Managing marketing activities (email campaign, adverts, and social media) to promote training programs to a larger extent
5. Managing delegate registration process, invoicing, and revenue collection in close partnership with the accounts team
6. Handling timely payments follow up to ensure smooth cash flow and no accrual of debts
7. Managing operation/execution of training programs in association with the program manager
8. Managing international customers (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa)
