About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage all incoming calls, which can be product queries, customer complaints, etc.
2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
6. Maintain a record of all customer interactions
7. Follow the procedures, guidelines, and policies
8. Take the extra mile to convert queries and resolve customers' complaints
9. Generate sales lead and support the sales team
