Job Description
1. Work on digitally managing, digital prospecting, rapport building, objection handling, and relationship management with B2C clients for driving sales conversions
2. Assess client's needs and recommending our available IT products
3. Get thorough with the product knowledge & USP'S to guide the clients in the proper direction
4. Communicate required information regarding the organization's events (webinars/workshops/demo classes) to the clients via calls/messages
5. Handle social media interactions to convert potential leads into our customers
6. Identify new digital & physical channels for effective lead generation to push sales
7. Close sales lead and hand over to the delivery

1. Must have an undergraduate/postgraduate student, having experience or inclination towards marketing strategy, product management, sales, and client relationship management
2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
3. Must have social media handling expertise with platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
4. Must have B2C sales experience or sales experience in any industry
