Job Description
Rise Retail & Payment Solutions Private Limited is a Pune-based 5-year-old firm. We provide technology-based retail solutions to small and medium-sized retailers to help them grow their business, retain customers, and build a better brand image. Retailers leverage our digital platform to run customer loyalty solutions, billing modules, stock management, analytics, and a lot of other value-added services. At present, we are powering over 1500 retailers in Pune, Mumbai, and Delhi. We are a strong process-focused company, where our team is being monitored and advised to take corrective action on a daily and weekly basis to achieve performance. Our strong foundation and process orientation provide a great learning platform for newcomers. We encourage the team to experiment and learn from mistakes.

About part time job/internship
The interns will be provided complete training on understanding company, product and market. After that they will be assigned the task.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding sales process - product, pitch, and objection handling through training
2. Approaching our target segments (MSME retailers) and pitching benefits of our product on field by meeting various retailers in the defined categories
3. Conducting demos for the interested prospects
4. Handling queries through objection handling and closing through required negotiations with the help of seniors
